An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a leading Global Manufacturing Organisation.
As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the business delivers its strategic plan through the HR agenda. You will act as a Strategic Business Partner to the Regional GM and Senior Leadership, taking a commercial approach to partnering the business across the Region.
About the Role
- Contribute to the EMEA Leadership Team and Global HR Leadership Team, driving the multi-year plan, annual plan, and OpCo review processes.
- Translate business needs into HR strategy, leading the People / HR Roadmap of recurrent & non-recurrent activities across the year for EMEA.
- Develop the HR function and capability within the region and Global Supply Chain, investing in HR talent development.
- Work with stakeholders to formulate and implement a talent acquisition and development plan for the region, meeting medium- and long-term needs.
- Lead the continuous improvement of employee engagement across the region, including engagement survey rollouts, active improvement planning, and raising manager capability.
- Ensure HR policies, initiatives, practices, and resulting business benefits are understood and adopted by OpCo's.
- Contribute to creating a culture of continually striving for better performance, where feedback, challenge, and innovation are welcomed and actioned.
- Deliver and embed core people initiatives into the business, both at the regional level and contributing to initiatives and projects at Group HR level.
- Plan and execute operational and strategic HR activity - performance management, remuneration, talent management, recruitment, inclusion, engagement.
- Enable and contribute to successful delivery of key strategic initiatives/projects across the region.
- Provide advice to Senior management on HR policies and procedures, employment law, and support/counsel management in practical application and interpretation.
- Provide timely and accurate information in support of Quarterly Business Report, Forecasting, and Plan processes.
About You
- CIPD Qualified
- Strong track record as a HR Business Partner, preferably within a Global, matrixed Manufacturing organisation.
- Demonstrated experience of organisational design/development.
- Preferably experience of talent management and working within colleague engagement.
- Must show experience of building partnerships at senior levels, being prepared to challenge the status quo, and having a strong desire to move the business forward.
