Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supported housing services to individuals in need. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans. You will also be responsible for managing caseloads, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience working in supported housing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
