">Job Description

This position involves work that is a regulated activity, therefore subject to receipt of a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure with a barred list check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. A competitive salary is offered: £24,570 per annum (£13.50 per hour) with potential review after 6-month probation. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team. Competent in using IT systems, data recording and management. A valid driving licence and access to a car are also required.

Main duties and responsibilities include developing and maintaining a rapport with residents, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility overnight, adhering to safeguarding policies and promoting a safe living environment, recording and managing information accurately using our database systems, and managing the premises, ensuring the swift turnaround of accommodation for new arrivals.
