Job Title: English-speaking Recruitment Liaison Specialist in Education


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized English-speaking Recruitment Liaison Specialist in Education to join our team at Catch22 College. As a Recruitment Liaison Specialist, you will play a key role in recruiting learners onto our program and supporting them throughout their journey.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Recruit learners onto the Study Programme by engaging with Local Authorities, NEET teams, schools, colleges, and referring agencies.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 progress reviews with learners to identify career progression and work placement choices.
  • Network with other agencies, parents, and carers to support individual learners.
  • Support learners on their work experience placements and help placement providers understand their role in supporting each student's development.

Requirements:



  • Level 2 Qualification in English and Maths.
  • Experience working in an education or vocational training setting or demonstrable knowledge of the challenges of working in such a setting.
  • Good practical knowledge of common ICT software packages, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Able to engage, inspire, and motivate young people to be at their best.
  • Proven experience of engaging with stakeholders for recruitment and progressions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the local area and occasionally further afield, sometimes with overnight stays.
  • Willingness to work additional hours from time to time when necessary.

Salary and Benefits:


Salary: £26,000 per annum


Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week


Contract: Permanent


*This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.


*Frequent travel within the local area is a feature of this role, and occasional travel further afield, sometimes with overnight stays. Therefore, you must have a full driving licence and the use of a car for work purposes.
