Head of Business Development

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our UK sales team in the MRO Engineering and Industrial Distribution sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering sales within a senior account management capacity, with a strong understanding of the MRO supplies sector and non-automotive workshop consumables supply chains.
Job Overview:This is an exciting opportunity to join Glen Callum Associates Ltd as a Senior Sales Manager, responsible for developing and delivering business development opportunities across non-automotive markets, including Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution networks, and MRO Supplies markets.
Responsibilities:- Cultivate new business relationships and expand existing ones, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Manage and maintain key accounts, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver business development opportunities across non-automotive markets.
- A competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + bonus + car + pension.
