About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support care staff in the implementation of individual care plans
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection
Requirements
  • Mandatory: A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference in the lives of our residents
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £30,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Sleep-ins paid at £63.00 per night extra

  • Annual Leave Entitlement equivalent to 5.6 weeks per year (with options to purchase more and potential increments dependent on role)
