Position: Deputy Manager

Compensation: Up to £30,000.00 annually (based on experience)

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager position will possess:

  • Mandatory: Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • Mandatory: Full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing care staff and managing the Home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Supporting Service Users in implementing individualized life skills and independence programs.
  • Administering medication in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Leading and motivating the care team within the home environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, particularly regarding safeguarding and behavior management.
