About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining high standards.
  • Support and supervise service users in the implementation of individualized care plans, promoting independence and life skills.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the care team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults).
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
