Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Operate at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures, with particular reference to safeguarding, child protection, whistleblowing, complaints, and representations.

Outcomes First Group is a specialist education, care, and therapy provider for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behavior associated with autism, and anxiety and mental health needs. What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A £1500 welcome bonus, split between £750 after 1 month service and a further £750 after 6 months.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults).
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
