Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Oversee care staff and manage the Home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Assist and guide Service Users in implementing personalized life skills and independence programs
- Administer medications in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Lead, supervise, and inspire the care team within the facility
- Ensure adherence to company policies, particularly regarding Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Complaints
Candidate Profile:
The ideal Deputy Manager will possess:
- Mandatory: Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults)
- Mandatory: Full UK Driving Licence
- A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of residents
- Patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor
