We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of education, care, and therapy services for individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, ensuring continuity of care and support.
- Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Operate at all times in accordance with company policies and procedures, with particular reference to safeguarding, child protection, whistleblowing, complaints, and representations, and behavior policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults).
- A full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, resilience, and calmness in a fast-paced environment.
