Incentives: A welcome bonus of £1500, distributed as £750 after the first month and an additional £750 after six months of service
Position: Deputy Manager
Compensation: Up to £30,000.00 annually (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours weekly, including approximately 3 sleep-ins monthly and on-call responsibilities)
Location: Southwest Region
Requirements: A Full UK Driving Licence, NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults)

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager role will possess:
- Essential: A minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults)
- Essential: A Full UK Driving Licence

- Patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing care staff and managing the facility in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Supporting and guiding Service Users in implementing personalized life skills and independence programs
- Administering medication in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Leading, supervising, and inspiring the care team
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, particularly regarding Safeguarding, Child Protection, Whistleblowing, Complaints, and Behavior Policies
