Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents.
Main Responsibilities- Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and sign of infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Salary and Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of £28,000, based on experience.
- A shift pattern of 08:00am to 20:00pm.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
