A role has become available for a Special Education Support Worker to join Academics Ltd in Horspath / Oxford. The successful candidate will work with Autistic children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Autism and be able to offer strategies to support the children. A minimum of a Level 3 qualification is required, ideally a degree.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the learning and development of Autistic children
  • Implementing strategies to promote inclusion and diversity
  • Working collaboratively with the SENCO and teaching team

We offer an excellent salary of £83-£90 per day, along with ample opportunities for CPD and professional growth.
