SEND Care and Education Worker

SIMPLY EDUCATION LTD seeks an experienced SEND Care and Education Worker to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will make a significant impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver outstanding care and education.
Your primary duties will involve:
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans for children with SEND, in consultation with their families, teachers, and healthcare professionals.
- Working closely with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of children with SEND.
We require an individual with extensive experience in caring for children with SEND, preferably within a nursery setting. Your exceptional communication skills and empathetic nature will allow you to build trust with children, parents, and carers alike. Your ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations will be invaluable in providing the highest level of care and support.
