Role Overview
Oxford-based Care Home Director position available at SEND Inclusion Support, working in partnership with leading Education and Care providers. This involves standing by young individuals through their highest highs and lowest lows, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals.

About the Role
The successful candidate will ensure the home environment provides necessary support, addressing every facet of young people's developmental requirements. This encompasses a multidisciplinary team, including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and various clinical experts, working together to achieve positive outcomes through a seamlessly integrated SEND service. Our shared goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in care.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive approaches address every facet of young people's developmental requirements
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes through a seamlessly integrated SEND service
- Foster a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals

What We Offer
- Salary: up to £71,550 per annum + 30% bonus + outstanding benefits
