Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join our team at Step Teachers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and a strong understanding of effective teaching practices.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Regularly monitor and report on student progress and development.
  • Establish a productive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Foster partnerships with colleagues and external professionals to provide holistic support.

Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000 annually (based on experience)
