Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Care Professional to join our team at AWD online in Dawlish and Sidmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with severe mental illness, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or social care, with experience working directly with people who require support.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established Charity, contributing to the growth and development of our ECRS CQC Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality care to individuals with severe mental illness, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
- To work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the quality of care.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social care.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or social care setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and service users.
