**Job Description:**

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Professional to join our team. As a Homecare Assistant, you'll support our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. This includes assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting medication management.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, with additional benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, and access to a benefits and wellbeing platform.

**Requirements:**

No previous social care experience is necessary, but a genuine interest in caring for others and a commitment to making a positive difference is essential. You'll need excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient approach to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
