Job Description:
As a Care Assistant at Home Life Carers Limited, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You will work closely with our team to develop individualized care plans and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to work independently. While prior experience in social care is not necessary, you must be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team.
