About the Role

We are seeking a confident and passionate Care & Support Worker to join our team at Beckly House in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

This is a full-time position working 42 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on days only, including every other weekend. As a Care & Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding healthcare to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing enhanced care using a flexible learning approach
