We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Specialist to join our team at Calderdale Royal Hospital.

The successful candidate will work independently, providing high-quality care to patients with primary and urgent health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referral services to patients with primary and urgent health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current registration with HCPC, NMC, or GPhC.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and application to practice.
  • Able to pass pre-employment health assessment.
