Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist in Trauma and Orthopaedics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Trauma and Orthopaedics team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to the team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and treatment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and management to the Trauma and Orthopaedics team.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with national and local standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics at Band 7 and above.
- Experience and knowledge of leading and managing a team.
- Experience and skills of developing staff and leading with CPD.
- Experience and knowledge of service development.
