E3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Accounts Administrator to join a multinational automotive company in High Wycombe.
About the Role:This role involves supporting the Technical account managers, processing sales, producing job cards, working with part orders and details, liaising with different departments, dealing with quotes and queries, and maintaining existing accounts.
Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships and resolve queries
- Support the Technical account managers in their day-to-day activities
- Process sales and manage customer orders
- Work closely with different departments to achieve business objectives
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
