About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to expand our presence in the EMEA Region.

This role will involve developing and managing relationships with partners, resellers, and distributors to drive growth and increase market penetration for our satellite-based methane emissions monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Director of Partnerships in developing and implementing the partnership strategy.
  2. Identify and negotiate new partnership opportunities, including reseller agreements, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  3. Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to ensure their success in selling and promoting our products.

A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, and a proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships, reseller networks, or distribution channels preferably within the EMEA region.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 per year, including competitive salary + stock options for all full-time employees, full comprehensive benefits, statutory leave + paid time off, and flexible hybrid work environment.
