We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Service Lead to join our 1st Homecare team in Hartlepool, UK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our staff teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our support services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with people with learning disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to community care principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Person-Centred Plans for service users
  • Facilitate participation of workers in plan implementation
  • Provide on-call duties on a rota basis for locations
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and service user reviews

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of working with people with learning disabilities
  • Commitment to community care principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
