About the Role: We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Lead - Fire Safety to join our team at the Cleveland Fire Brigade. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering fire safety training programs that meet the needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Training Programs: Create engaging and effective training programs that cater to the diverse needs of learners, including firefighters, instructors, and other stakeholders.
  • Delivering High-Quality Training: Deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the highest standards, ensuring learners acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Maintaining Accreditation: Work closely with relevant awarding bodies to maintain accreditation for our training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Supporting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Promote a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the brigade, ensuring all learners feel valued and respected.

Salary and Benefits:
