About the Role

As an Automotive Centre Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving business performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to work with a leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services, with a focus on electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and optimize centre operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement
