  • Liaise with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping our customers with their dream move

Requirements:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping people and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work hard, set an example, and generate enthusiasm and motivation within the team
  • Confidence, resilience, and a desire to create a healthy and fun competition with colleagues
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a fantastic telephone manner and the ability to build rapport
  • Experience in estate agency, preferably with some experience of managing and motivating a team
