Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Call Centre Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from clients and provide assistance with their property needs.
  • Identify opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs.
  • Work towards set performance targets in line with business strategy and goals.
  • Liaise with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping customers with their dream move.

Requirements:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping people and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work hard, set an example, and generate enthusiasm and motivation within the team.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a desire to create healthy and fun competition with colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a fantastic telephone manner and ability to build rapport.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 plus commission.
  • On Target Earnings £30,000 - £35,000.
  • Hours: 8.30am - 6pm.
  • Benefits: 33 days paid Holiday (plus an extra day off for your birthday), Pension, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance scheme, Company Rewards and Incentives, Company Events, Paid Entrance Fees for Charity Events, Free, On-Site Parking.
