About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Ultimate Asset, a leading Gen Z lifestyle publisher. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with media agencies and clients.

With a proven track record in selling high-value partnerships, you will be expected to develop and execute business strategies that meet or exceed targets. Your excellent commercial acumen, creativity, and passion for the Gen Z street culture space will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience working in a similar role, with a strong contact book of media agency decision-makers and CMOs/Heads of Marketing at blue-chip brands. You will be on top of the latest digital social media, experiential, and creativity trends, with the ability to present compelling pitches and drive big numbers in a cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Built strong relationships with media agencies and clients
  • Present compelling pitches to secure high-value partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital social media, experiential, and creativity trends
  • Manage the sales pipeline in an accurate and timely manner

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
