The successful engineer will be highly flexible, quick to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to understand and improve the performance of future Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Arm technology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Explore, analyze, and influence the direction of performance on current and future Arm IP.
  • Use the latest mobile devices to understand new use-cases and significant workloads to ensure Arm IP and systems deliver excellent ML and Generative AI performance and quality.
  • Work closely with other specialists across Arm, including software, IP, and Systems teams to understand, explore, and challenge the limits of performance capabilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with SW development or automated testing.
  • Good Python knowledge is essential.
  • Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including inter-cultural awareness and diversity.

**Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
