At Arm, we are seeking a talented software engineer with a strong analytical approach to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about performance and quality in machine learning software. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure the optimal performance of our Arm ML software and IP.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a quick learning ability, and a passion for understanding and improving the performance of future machine learning and generative AI solutions using Arm technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze performance tests on a broad range of IP and ML software.
  • Analyze and understand workloads, systems, and performance expectations.
  • Produce technical summaries for various audiences based on detailed analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Collaborate with other specialists across Arm to explore and challenge the limits of performance capabilities.

The successful candidate will be highly flexible, have good Python knowledge, and a passion for analysis and improvements.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position. Additionally, you can enjoy the benefits of hybrid working, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and opportunities for growth and development within Arm.
