We are seeking a skilled software engineer with a strong analytical mindset to contribute to our team's efforts in delivering high-quality ML software and hardware solutions. Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with specialists across Arm, including software, IP, and Systems teams, to understand, explore, and challenge the limits of performance capabilities on current and future Arm IP.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and analyse performance tests on a broad range of IP and ML software to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse and interpret workloads, systems, and performance expectations to inform optimisation strategies.
  • Develop technical summaries for various audiences based on thorough analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Share knowledge and influence others within the ML Group and wider across Arm to drive performance improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SW development or automated testing and possess good Python knowledge. Strong communication skills, inter-cultural awareness, and an ability to work effectively in diverse teams are also essential.

Salary and Benefits
