We are seeking an exceptional technology manager to lead our software solutions efforts at Arm Limited. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will define and prioritize software requirements to drive business success.

Our central engineering software group is responsible for developing strategies to deliver software solutions that meet the growing demand for software on Arm technology. You will work closely with our team to shape the roadmap and vision for our software development, configuration, optimization, productization, and delivery activities.

You will be responsible for gathering use cases and requirements for how software solutions can fulfill the needs of complex systems. Your expertise will enable us to match the lifecycle of our hardware products to build and deliver complete product solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing software requirements, preferably in a software product delivery context.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members, customers, and suppliers to formulate, agree, and implement strategic plans.
  • Software development experience, such as firmware, operating systems, or application development.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
