Job Description

Arm Limited is seeking a talented Verification Engineer Team Lead to join our growing and versatile team. As part of this role, you will contribute to the development and verification of groundbreaking ML and Neural Network hardware.

  • You will collaborate with experts across global design centers to drive impactful projects and help deliver Arm's next-generation IP using sophisticated tools and methodologies.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a team of verification engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence.
  • Mentor junior engineers, support team development, and participate in recruitment activities to grow the team.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across Arm to deliver high-quality IP efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and managing highly skilled engineering teams.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality verification with minimal bug escapes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in working with requirements definition and requirement management.
  • Experience in building C/C++ based models of a microarchitecture.
  • Knowledge of the Arm architecture and AMBA bus system.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and neural networks is a plus.

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
