About the Role:

As a Financial Expert for Property Services at Paradigm Housing Group, you will play a key role in shaping the future of social housing. You will provide financial insights to support the Property Services Directorate and Strategic Asset Management teams, ensuring long-term sustainability and value for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the key finance contact for the Property Services Directorate and Strategic Asset Management team, providing expert financial support and advice.
  • Lead on financial reporting and forecasting for Property Services and Asset Management.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Support investment in asset management strategies, including environmental initiatives for the sustainability of our housing stock.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a skilled finance professional with a strong background in business partnering. You should have excellent communication skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with non-financial teams. Your expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, as well as your ability to translate financial information for both finance and non-finance teams.

Salary: £62,295 + Excellent Benefits Package
