About the Job:

The Senior Finance Partner - Asset Management at Paradigm Housing Group will be responsible for leading on financial reporting and forecasting for Property Services and Asset Management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the success of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to the Property Services Directorate and Strategic Asset Management team.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for Property Services and Asset Management.
  • Analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to ensure financial information is clear and useful.

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with a strong background in business partnering and excellent communication skills. You should have experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with non-financial teams.

Salary: £62,295 + Excellent Benefits Package
