We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's growing team at a main car dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding service and repair work required to their vehicles.
- Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
- Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
- Full driving licence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to build their career in a well-established company with a strong reputation for customer care. The successful candidate will receive fully funded training and have the opportunity to progress within the company.
Benefits:
- OTE up to 28K (Depending on Experience)
