Key Responsibilities:
  • Field incoming service requests and technical queries via telephone and email
  • Schedule engineer attendance and communicate with customers to schedule a large scope of works
  • Promote the business, build positive relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Communicate with engineers to confirm workload and issue reports, checking parts and stock
  • Liaise with sub-contractors to place orders and see jobs through from start to completion
  • Service support, checking engineer reports prior to issuing to customers, preparing quotations for remedial works, and completing sales orders to ensure prompt invoicing
  • Parts, arranging for components to be sent to engineers/sub-contractors and assisting in managing returned items
  • Department development, suggesting improvements and implementing agreed changes
