Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Independent Violence Advisor. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals affected by domestic abuse.

About the Role:
As an Independent Violence Advisor, you will be working closely with victims of domestic abuse, providing them with practical and emotional support. Your expertise will help assess risks and develop effective strategies to reduce harm. You will also collaborate with other professionals, such as social care, police, and health services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting victims.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to high-risk victims of domestic abuse
- Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored plans to minimize harm
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure victim-centered support
- Facilitate group work programs and workshops to empower victims
- Advocate for victims' rights and interests within the court system
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
