Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Service Advisor to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Field incoming service requests and technical queries via phone and email
- Schedule engineer attendance and communicate with customers regarding scheduling and documentation
- Promote the business and build positive relationships with customers
- Communicate with engineers and sub-contractors regarding workload and reports
- Manage parts and stock, including arranging for components to be sent to engineers and sub-contractors
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and efficiency
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach
- Commercial mindset and ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- IT literacy and ability to work as part of a team
- Competitive salary: £28,000-£30,000 basic
- Profit share bonus

- Flexible working hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
- Two days working from home after probation
