We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Online Store Manager to join our team at Cards Direct. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for deputising in the Store Manager's absence, managing the store, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including merchandising, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Progressively responsible retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage resources effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
