Job Title: Deputy Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team at The Worthgate School, Canterbury. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in upholding the school's vision and ethos, inspiring and empowering students to achieve academic success and thrive in life.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellence in education, with a strong focus on student outcomes and staff development. You will work closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement, develop and implement policies, and ensure the effective management of resources.

As a Deputy Principal, you will be responsible for deputising for the Principal in their absence, leading on specific areas of school development, and contributing to the development of the school's strategic plan. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to teachers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
