About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the South West & Wales region. As a key member of our regional UKI team, you will be responsible for driving performance across all four nations of UKI.

About Deliveroo

Deliveroo is a leading food delivery company that operates in multiple countries across the globe. We are experts in the local markets we serve, and our Regional UKI team drives our performance across all four nations of UKI.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants across your region in a very organized fashion.
  • You will communicate with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.
  • You will oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient, and seamless as possible.
  • You will ensure restaurant success within the first eight weeks from signing.
  • You will sample food from a variety of high-quality establishments.
  • You will attend restaurant and food meet-ups.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You must be comfortable with targeting and approaching new businesses.
  • You should have experience as an experienced negotiator and be able to structure win-win deals for restaurants and for Deliveroo.
  • You must have great communication skills whether it be face-to-face, through phone or email.
  • You must be able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients.
  • You must take ownership and work within demanding targets.
  • You should have an interest in all things food and restaurants.
  • You must be tenacious and motivated to deliver results.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.

KPIs

  • You will be measured on the number of restaurants signed each month.
  • You will be measured on the performance of restaurants signed (first 3 months).

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This is a competitive salary for a sales development manager role in the UK.
