We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our growing team at William Henry Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to target businesses across the South West area, providing a range of waste management solutions.



Main Responsibilities:




  • Field sales role, providing waste management solutions to businesses in the region.
  • Targeting small, medium, and large businesses, interacting with site managers, facility management, procurement, and directors.
  • Proactive new business role, with a focus on competitive tendering and maximising reactive opportunities.
  • Following up on leads generated within the company.
  • Working as part of a fast-growing team.


The Ideal Candidate:




  • Must have field sales experience in the waste management or recycling sector.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Current and valid driving license.
  • Strong time management skills and a willingness to take the initiative.
