Regional Sales Manager

Our client, GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED, is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join their sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding market dynamics, and effectively positioning their cloud solutions to maximise sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
