Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers' vehicle orders and all associated administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing customer orders and associated paperwork.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing.
  • Manage stock and maintain accurate records for new, used, and fleet sales.
  • Provide data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with in-house departments to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
  • Flexible working hours and willingness to travel for work and training purposes.
  • High standards of verbal and written communication, with good IT skills and social media knowledge.
  • Good level of general education, with at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent).
