About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our Dispensary Services team at Lincolnshire Co-op. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to patients through engaging conversations.
  • Ensure every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy.
  • Obtained NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a talent for being an ambassador for healthcare in our pharmacies.
