We are seeking a skilled Credit Administrator to join our busy Credit Control team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing data effectively using intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel skills to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist the Credit Control team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain data to support credit collection efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and use lookup functions.
- Previous experience in a credit control team is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
